GRIFFITH UNITED METHODIST WOMEN

PURPOSE - to be a community of women whose purpose is to know God and to experience freedom as whole persons through Jesus Christ; to develop a creative, supportive fellowship; and to expand concepts of MISSION through participation in the Global Ministries of the church.

HOW DO WE SERVE OUR PURPOSE AND COMMUNITY - by our coat donations to local women's shelters, by supporting our local Emergency funds, by supporting our Food Pantry and other local charities. We also support Global Ministries through UMCOR, and recently have donated additional monies for relief in Haiti.
