A Service of Repentence, Reconciliation, and Appreciation
Sunday, October 7, 2007 United Methodists from the North Indiana Conference gathered outside City United Methodist Church at 6th & Washington Streets in Gary to repent and ask forgiveness for abandoning Gary when City church closed its doors 32 years ago. Several members of our congregation attended this service.
